MarfaMUST Artist Weekend is an artist-centered program taking place May 29–30, 2026, featuring a group exhibition, open studios, artist talks, and workshops celebrating Marfa artists, past and present. The weekend serves as both a reunion and a reflection on the generations of artists who have shaped Marfa’s creative landscape.
Participating artists for the exhibition and open studios will be announced on Instagram as they are confirmed. The full weekend schedule and digital map will be available online, with printed maps distributed throughout town during the week of the event.
MarfaMUST (Marfa Untitled Studio Tour) is an artist-led initiative producing biannual sculpture gardens at Lannan Park and site-specific group exhibitions featuring Marfa-based artists. Central to the program is the artist open studio, guided by the philosophy of “going to the source” and encouraging deeper engagement with both the artwork and the artists behind it. The initiative creates opportunities for audiences to enter the spaces where work begins and experience art at its origin.
